Refund Policy
I. Refundable Items
Eligibility (Applicable to Book Items Only)
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Your item Any item, in its original condition, is damaged, or has/have missing parts for reasons due to our error.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your chosen bank account.
You will receive your refund within 10 days.
Shipping
The seller will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
II. Non-Refundable Items
- Online Courses are non-refundable.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error.
III. Exchanges/Replacement of Item/s
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly contact us via our FB messenger TD PH Books.
